The location is perfect for being with easy walking distance to any university buildinig, and is located directly next to a supermarket allowing for easy grocery store trips at whim. In order to be a valid candidat for subletting you must be signed up and eligible for AF Bofstader: Registration certificate from Lund University for the rental period, or substantiation of expected participation. For new students in Lund, an admission decision is sufficient. A copy of the student card that states an affiliation with a student nation, or a receipt of payment to Studentlund.
