Apartment for rent - First hand in Gothenburg right next to tram. No points needed. Hi, Our current apartment of 52sqm is being rented out First hand ( from Real estate company Willhem AB) from 1st July . Rent is 12,240 excluding electricity. I have paid 100SEK per month for electricity despite using heating. So electricity is not much here as the building is very new. Apartment is located in Kviberg- Gothenburg, right next to the tram station. Lydl supermarket is 5 mins away. School is 5mins walk. Apartment is on the ground floor,has 2 rooms and a very big patio facing a beautiful green area. There’s deers and rabbits visiting us from time to time outside. Also the apartment has plenty of windows around the apartment and is very bright. Brand new apartment building built in 2024. Calm neighbours and this is the corner apartment . 5mins or less to Kvibergs arena, walking path, Saturday market. Also the reason i’m leaving is because I have a job change to a different location. I want to move out ASAP so i’m helping my landlord (Willhem AB)find a new tenant soon. Applications are considered case by case and not by points. So don’t worry about having less points on HomeQ.
