We rent out three rooms to three students on the top floor in our villa. It is a separate apartment. You three share bathroom and kitchen. A big balcony is at your disposal. It takes you five minutes walk to the bus stop. Direct bus to the city takes 15 minutes. Minimum rent time is 9 months. Deposit one month’s rent. Contract will be signed and handover to the tenant. As soon as the deposit is paid the the room is guaranteed
