I’m renting out one bedroom in my 3-room apartment (total area 44 m²). The available bedroom is about 9 m² — please see the floor plan for details. The shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) are fully furnished, while the bedroom itself is partly furnished. However, I’m open to sharing the cost if you’d like to buy new furniture together. I’m a PhD student at KI Huddinge, so student tenants are preferred. The rent includes internet and cold water; electricity and hot water will be split based on actual usage. The location is very convenient — only about a 10-minute walk to Flemingsberg Station (with supermarkets) and 10 minutes to Flemingsberg Centrum, which has a gym and other amenities. For KI students, it’s ideal: the nearest KI building and KI gym are just a 3-minute walk away. You’re very welcome to come for a viewing and discuss further!
