Vi hyr ut vårt fina en-plansradhus på Rödklövervägen, i ett lugnt och barnvänligt område i Hässelby villastad. (till 30:e Nov'26) Huset är fullt möblerat (ca 90m2) och har 4 rum, ett badrum och inglasad altan och en trädgård. Rum 1: sovrum. Detta rum har en dubbelsäng alt två enkelsängar, garderob, hylla etc. Rum 2 : Sovrum med dubbelsäng + garderob + bokhyllor + byrålåda. Vardagsrum : Soffa och soffbord, tv m tvbänk. Altan: Inglasad altan med utemöbler etc. Huset har även en liten trädgård med gräsmatta. Gångavstånd till: - ICA Nära - busshållplatser med kort resetid till Vällingby C och tunnelbana/ Hässelby gård tunnelbana. - Skolor / förskolor - Åkermyntan Centrum (ICA Kvantum + Lidl + Gym + Café + Bibliotek + Post) - Lekparker Parkeringsplats kan efter överenskommelse brukas av hyresgästen. Runt området finns flera vackra gång- och cykelvägar, nära till både Kanaanbadet och Riddersvik. El, vatten och värme ingår i hyran (med villkoret om "normal" användning). Internet (Fiber) och sophämtningsavgift ingår i hyran. Vår prioritet är att finna er som kommer ta hand om vårt hem lika ansvarsfullt som sitt eget hem. Fast anställning är önskvärt. We are renting out our terrace house on Rödklövervägen which is located in a very peaceful and child friendly area in Hässelby Villastad. Rental Period: to 30th Nov'26. The house is fully furnished (Around 90Kvm) and has 3 rooms + Terrace + Garden. - Room 1 - Master Bed Room. This room has double bed/two single beds + 2 double closets + child table + 2 chairs + kallax shelf. - Room 2 – A Room with Double Bed + double closet + 2 book shelves + Dressing Drawer (Ikea) - Room 3 – Living Room has a Sofa set + Tv Bank (Ikea) - Terrace – The house has a covered terrace with a sofa set + outdoor/dining table with chairs. - Garden – The house also includes a garden (strawberry/raspberry + other plants). A few minutes walk will take you to - ICA Nära - Bus Stops - Schools/Preschools - Åkermyntan Centrum (ICA Kvantum + Lidl + Gym + Café + Bibliotek + Post) - Parks There is a dedicated parking place for the house. The area is also full of beautiful walking and cycling tracks which are also completely children friendly. All utilities (electricity, water, heating) are included in the rent; on the condition of ‘fair’ usage. Internet (Fiber) and garbage handling is also included in the rent.
