Min lägenhet ligger i ett lungt område med närhet till kollektivtrafik. Du tar dig in till centrala göteborg på 15 min. Jag hyr ut ett av rummen i en tvårumslägenhet. Du har tillgång till kök och badrum. Rummet är möblerat med säng, skrivbord och förvaring. Jag har tidigare hyrt ut rummet till studenter och det har funkat väldigt bra. Jag hyr endast ut till tjej. I hyran ingår, el, vatten och internet. Jag bor i det andra rummet i lägenheten. Arbetar som lärare och har en liten hund. My apartment is located in a quiet area close to public transport; you can reach central Gothenburg in 15 minutes. I am renting out one of the rooms in a two-room apartment. You have full access to the kitchen and bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and storage space. I have previously rented the room to students and its worked very well. I only rent out the room to a female. The rent includes electricity, water, and internet. I live in the other room of the apartment. I work as a teacher and have a small dog.
