Room in shared student apartment, Västra Hamnen, 5.120 sek. Starting September. We are looking for a roommate in our 60m2 student apartment located at the corner of Lilla Varvsgatan and Östra Varvsgatan. We (Finnick and Tess) are two queer friends who are both living together in Malmö and studying in other parts of Sweden. We are looking for someone who is relaxed and interested in hanging out together, preferably queer like us :) The room is 7m2 (2m x 3,5m) with a closet, window, and lockable door. The apartment is mostly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Heating, laundry, and water are included in the rent, wifi and insurance are billed separately. Monthly rent is split evenly to 5.120 sek, except two free summer months. Move in date is September 1st but can be moved if needed. You are required by MKB to be a student, with at least 15 completed ECTs per semester.
