Huset ligger nära Mölndal centrum där det idag byggs om för att inom snart framtid bli en centralt handelsområde inom Göteborgområdet och är redan idag Västsveriges näst största kollektivtrafiknav. Huset har tillgång till uteplats samt trädgård för den intresserade. Visning sker på onsdagar Hyran för rummet är 4.900kr. I hyran ingår kostnad för el, värme, vatten, bredband, köksutrustning, städutrustning och möbler. OBS att möblemanget kan avvika från det som förekommer på bilderna. The house is very close to public transportation including trams, train and bus which allows access to central Gothenburg within 10 minutes. Central Mölndal is within walking distance which is under construction now in order to become a central shopping and daylife area in Gothenburg. The house has a terrace and garden for those interested. Rent for 18sqm room: 4.900 sek The rent includes electricity, internet, water, heating, kitchen, cleaning equipment and furniture.
