Hej! I'll rent my 1st hand apartment from February 1st to June/July. It's a new and cozy studio apartment in Norra Fäladen, close to Lund University Campus. About the apartment: It's a 35 m2 furnished apartment with a big balcony. There is a 120x200cm bed and a sofa-bed for guests. A big closet, kitchen with dishwasher, and a bathroom with washing/dryer machine. Water, electricity, and internet are included in the final price for rent (8600 sek). It's very well-connected to Lund and Malmö. There are 3 bus stops next to the building: Number 4 takes you downtown, 170 to Malmö Hyllie, and 171 to Malmö Södervärn
