Room available in a beautiful community house by the ocean on Värmdö Hi! We have a beautiful room available in our lovely community house by the ocean on Värmdö. Our home sits in the archipelago with plenty of beautiful nature nearby, and a very calm area — and we’re looking for the right person to join us. The room comes with your own balcony and ocean view, and the house has plenty of shared space to enjoy: A big garden with a vegetable garden Three outdoor patios/decks A large bathroom with a jacuzzi Two living rooms and lots of common space One very charming naked cat There are currently five other beautiful human beings living in the house ranging from ages 30-43. We spend time together, in good conversation, over sauna or just chilling but we’re also allowing ourselves plenty of space which is important to all of us. The rent is 7,800 SEK/month, including heating, waste collection, internet, etc, and also cleaning twice per month. It’s about 30 minutes by bus to Slussen. We are renting out the room for six months to begin with, with the possibility of extending. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who feels that the way we live together resonates with them. Some of our shared values are: Emotional openness, relational leadership, empathy, playfulness and cocreation. This room is perfect if you are curious about collective living, if you’re new to the city or in need of temporary accommodation, with the possibility to stay permanently.
