Hi, This is a weird website, so please check this info: I have a room available in my central Stockholm flat from December. It is a room in a shared flat. Your bedroom is of course private but of course you can also use to the kitchen/living space and bathroom that are shared with me. + The flat could not be more central, it is located at Kungsholmsgatan at Kungsholmen (2 min walk to T-Centralen, biking distance to everything, 1 min to water) + it is fully furnished and the apartment has every appliance you need (cooking machines, iron, tools,...) + Your room can be with the bed in the center or on the wall, which allows for a little work table (see images) + Your bedroom is towards the quiet garden + I have an unlimited rental contract, so if it works out it can be long-term + I am an uncomplicated and tidy flatmate + The flat is nice and bright with high ceilings, is fully furnished and has a fully equipped living-kitchen + comes with WiFi, TV-screen, Dishwasher; BBQ, garden, washing machine, bike storage, and storage are available to you in the house You will be sharing the room with me. I am looking for: - Someone who is tidy - Someone who is nice and friendly - I welcome Expats and are happy to help if you move to Sweden, as we know how it is to be new here. - We are not allowed to have pets - Of course, you can host guests, but it’s not the best apartment for parties. Rent is 7,900 incl everything except insurance and internet, we can discuss (it’s weird on this platform, so the price you see might be different). Swish or Bank transfer.
