I have a house in central Lund, and a spacious, fully furnished room of 20 m² available for a student for long term rental. The house is shared with a lovely international group of master students, and has plenty of shared space, including a nice kitchen and social dining room, modern laundry room, hallways, one bathroom with shower, another female only bathroom with shower, a guest toilet room, spacious garage, very cozy green backyard, and a pleasant outdoor patio. There is room both to spend time together and to enjoy our own privacy, and the price for the room is SEK 6500 per month. Rent, furniture, electricity, water, heating and WIFI internet is included in this price, and there are no additional costs. The house is situated in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by trees, birds and greenery. The bus stop is only a minute away from the house, and both bus or bicycle journey into central Lund takes around 15 minutes, so it is easy to reach the city while still being able to come home to a calmer and more relaxed environment.
