Room in a flatshare available! A room in our cozy two-person flatshare in Ulleråker will be free from September! I (27F) am looking for a roommate who can use a bedroom, and share a kitchen, bathroom and storage rooms. The room comes with cabinet, a table, shelves, a bed and if wanted, a piano. It has a south a south facing window with sun during winters. Electricity, water, access to laundry and bike room, and internet are included in the rent. There's busses in front of the house to the city center, SLU and Flogsta and well maintained biking paths to SLU (5 minutes) and the city (15 minutes). The nearest store is about 5 minutes by bike, and the forest is just around the corner. The flat is a quiet and cozy place, not a party flat. I enjoy eating or going for walks together, but if that's not your thing, that's fine. I prefer women/non-binary folks of a more quiet nature to match my own. I'd love to meet online or in person before making a choice to see if we're a good fit for each other.
