Hi All, A large room in my landlord house is available for renting from January 2025. We are in a nice and peaceful area, Bollstanäs, 19460 in Uppland Väsby. Public transportation: about 3-5 mins to a bus stop with 5-6 frequent buses. A direct bus to Kista (KTH, Ericsson, etc) and less than 60 mins to T-Centralen with a bus and a train. The house is two-floor with five bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed in the two floors and a common laundry room in ground floor. The room is furnished, about 16 m2 with a nice view and two large windows (see pictures). The setting is particularly suitable for students, researchers, workers, or those who like working from home sometime with a large whiteboard included. Of course, you have access to common facilities, i.e., living room, washing room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, garden, and parking area. The rent is 5500sek/month and can be negotiable a bit for students. One month deposit and two-month notice period. The room is available from around 15th January or earlier, but the move-in date can be flexible. Everything is included in the rent e.g., TV, electricity, Internet, water, air condition, parking.
