Hi there! Me and my girlfriend are going to be moving abroad for 10 months and are therefore looking for someone who could live in our apartment in the meantime. It's a one room apartment with stairs to a spacious loft/mezzanine floor and a balcony located in Västra Hamnen - about 100m from the sea and with a direct view of Turning Torso. The apartment is filled with light and it has a super high ceiling that makes it feel very spacious. We are renting it out *fully furnished*, with all the plants and pretty much everything you see on the photos (except for the cat crates and clothes). The rental period would ideally be *15th September 2026 - 15th June 2027.* The rent for the furnished apartment including electricity, water, internet and home insurance is 9450kr. Since it's a youth apartment (ungdomslägenhet) you must be 25 years old or younger before the move in date. This is unfortunately non-negotiable as the landlord (Rikshem) won't accept anyone who doesn't fullfil this condition. Also, since the renting out must be approved by the landlord the process could be a bit longer (they say it usually takes 4-8 weeks to get the request approved). We are looking for a person (or a couple) who is clean and quiet and who isn't allergic to cats as there are currently two cats living in the apartment and their fur may still be around even after we move out.
