27m2 room for rent near Kronprinsen The room will be available from 1:st of April and is located in Slottsstaden, close to Kronprinsen and Slottsparken in Malmö. The rent is 5000 SEK/month and includes water, electricity & WiFi/ Open fiber. I am 66 years old and currently work part time as a writer and personal assistant, with a passion for biking, good food & a great and interest in music, literature and sports. I started renting out the room to international students while I worked for Malmö Uni. So I prefer people studying or in some kind of educational process.
