Nice, large landscaped central garden courtyard with picnic benches and grills, including a Bocce court. All utilities (water, electric, central heating) and WiFi are included. New laundry facilities, with an electronic key system, in the basement, and a recently upgraded elevator. Indoor and outdoor bicycle parking available. Auto/motor cycle parking not available. About the owner: Hello, my name is Jon (pronounced like "John"). I am a US citizen/Swedish permanent resident living in Malmö since 2005, and I own this apartment. I will be in California for 7 and 1/2 months taking care of family business, and an ailing brother, and am seeking a neat and trustworthy tenant while I am gone.
