A nicely furnished room in a large apartment—located next to Avenyn, 750 meters from Chalmers and 600 meters from the University of Gothenburg—is available for rent to a quiet, tidy person with references. Monthly rent: 6,700 SEK. Security deposit: one month's rent. The deposit is refunded upon moving out, provided everything is in order. The rent includes access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, internet, electricity, heating, water, and a laundry room in the basement. Please tell us a little about yourself and why you would like to rent the room. Due to an increasing number of fake profiles, we only respond to applicants who provide references.
