Hi, This is a newly built (2024) apartment. This is om 3rd floor, a 2 room apartment 1 bedroom and 1 living room. There is a big sun facing balcony as well. Pictures i attached are from the time when there was still work going on in the apartment but now its fully functioning apartment. All the facilities are included e.g. dishwasher, washing machine etc. If you need parking you will have to pay separately for that. Electricity and hot water is not included in the rent but I have rough estimate given by the building which is hot water 100 SEK/month and electricity 200 SEK/month. There is askimbadet on a 15 min walk, bus stop (Pilegården) is on 2 min walk. Bus connectivity from this stop is very good. All the big stores willys, coop, Sats, and systembolaget are on 20 min walk. You can have it furnished or unfurnished Based on your convenience.
