Cozy vintage-furnished apartment for rent from August 2026 for at least 6 months🏠☕☀️ Details: 1.5-room apartment, 26.5 sqm (small but very well planned!) Rent: 3,909 SEK/month including electricity & hot water 140 cm bed, sofa bed (the brown one, see picture) Bus stop to the city center right outside (Fredrik Bondes väg) Lidl 550 m away ICA Teleborg 1.1 km away Kitchen with two hot plates (I also have two extra ones). Located on Teleborg campus, but in a quieter apartment complex (neither I nor the neighbors party much or make a lot of noise). 🏞️☀️ There is a barbecue area, laundry room, parking spaces, and bike racks. 🚲🚗 Since I have storage space, I can adjust which items stay in the apartment if you want to bring your own furniture. Of course, I’ll remove my clothes, towels, and bed linens. Everything kitchen-related is included. WiFi needs to be arranged by the tenant. The apartment is insured. I rent from Heimstaden and have a first-hand contract, which means this will be a sublease approved by Heimstaden. I’m flexible with most things! ☺️☀️ And the reason I'm renting out this is due to an internship within my masters program.
