Renting out my small one room apartment to a single person, who will be ok with me being there some of the time (at least weekends). I work from Stockholm during the weeks, but stay in Gothenburg during weekends, and usually one or two weekdays. In the longer term -- this might be extended to the full week, with a corresponding increase of the rent; but this will be subject to discussion. Expecting the tenant to be very organized and take good care of the apartment when I'm not there. It's rented out furnished. Note that the requirement on renting out to a single person is strict; it doesn't fit more than two, and you'll share it with me some of the time. I've already set up separate wardrobes, and the freezer/fridge will be separated accordingly. There are room separators, for privacy. You'll be sleeping on the bed, and I'll take the sofa. It's about 20 minutes from the central station, 15 minutes from Chalmers, and less than 5 minutes from Frölunda Torg (for all your shopping needs). There is a park and forest area nearby, with an outdoor gym, a running trail, and other things. With 5 minutes walk, you get to both a new gym (Nordic Wellness Altplatsen) and a small grocery store (Willys Hemma). It has served me well, since 2018. Great area -- very happy to live there.
