Hi Im a 44 old hungarian man,and im looking for a calm ,clean,easygoing roommate. House is in clean good standard condition and i would like to keep that way. Im not drinking or anything else,living a calm easygoing lifestyle. Work,train,sleep😆 most of the time. The room is good sized (about 20kvm),clean. Has large build in cupboards, a king size bed,smart tv ..etc The price including everything water,electricity, WIFI The apartment about five minutes from Trångsund central where is Ica ,pendeltåg...etc Bathroom, kitchen shared. Apartment is fairly new it was newly renovated when i moved in 4 years ago.
