Hi! I am renting out a 14 sqm room in my three-room apartment. The apartment has good bus and train connections; Södervärn is just a few minutes away, and Triangeln train station is about a 5-minute bike ride away. The tenant essentially gets two rooms for their own use. The smaller room will be furnished with a spare bed/sofa bed for friends or family who want to come and visit and spend the night. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the laundry room is in the basement. There is an incredibly cute cat in the apartment; if you have a pet you need to bring along, we can discuss that. 5200kr/month. Electricity comes separately because it differs every month. Broadband and hot water are included in the rent. More photos and an initial viewing via FaceTime or similar can be arranged!
