I'm renting a private room in my apartment here in Flemingsberg, I have an extra bedroom so this would be a inneboende agreement. The room includes a bed, desk, chair and closet. The apartment is newly build, near the University area, walking distance 12 min to the pendeltåg station, some good grocery stores near by too. I have a first hand rental contract and you will be sharing the apartment only with me. I'm 33 years old, speak English, Spanish and (intermediate) Swedish. I like a calm environment and hope to find someone that is either working or studying and needs a temporary rental with good commuting to the inner city. The area is peaceful with students and families. Veckopendlare are specially welcome too.
