Welcome to my home in the heart of Södermalm! 🦋 I’m renting out my beloved home while I’m away for a few months, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy it and take good care of it while I’m gone. The apartment is a bright and cosy 2-room apartment with a balcony, located right in the heart of Södermalm. The subway is just a one-minute walk away, making it easy to get to Gamla Stan and the rest of Stockholm in just 10–15 minutes. The apartment comes fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay — a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a fresh bathroom, a cosy living room, a bedroom, and a private balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. It gets plenty of afternoon and evening sun during the summer and afternoon sun during autumn/winter. The neighbourhood is one of my favourite things about living here, with cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and Södermalm’s lively streets right outside the door. The apartment itself is peaceful and quiet. Since this is my own home and a place I care a lot about, I’m looking for a responsible and considerate tenant who will treat it with the same respect.
