I'm renting out a room of about 20m² in my 2-room apartment at Folkvisegatan. I am seeking a clean, peaceful "single" person to share with (man/woman/student). I am a middle aged professional man, living alone in this apartment. Distance to the city centre: 7 minutes by car, and 10-12 minutes by public transport.
