The second bedroom is smaller and includes a single bed and a small wardrobe. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are separate. The apartment is ideal for up to 3 tenants, although a maximum of 4 people can be considered. The apartment includes all the essential amenities and shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a clean bathroom. Rent includes: * Water * Heating * Electricity * Wi-Fi A shared laundry room is located downstairs in the building. Parking is also available for an additional monthly fee if needed. A one-month security deposit is required when signing the rental agreement. The first month’s rent must be paid on the move-in date before the keys are handed over.
