**Available room starting mid-August!** Hi! I’ll be leaving my room in a shared apartment with another girl (Master’s student), and we’re looking for a **girl **to take over my room. The apartment is 72 sqm in total. Rent is **6,900 SEK/month**, including access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and living room. You would have your own bedroom with a small closet, plus an additional room for extra storage/clothes. A deposit equivalent to **two months’ rent** is required. The room can be taken unfurnished, or you can buy my furniture for a negotiable price (around **€400** for everything, including the bed, desk, and other essentials). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop (lines 5 and 6), and you can reach Nordstan/Brunnsparken in about 20 minutes. My roommate is looking for someone who values cleanliness and would be comfortable following a cleaning schedule (around 1-2 hours every weekend).
