Hey hey, I’m looking for 1–2 people (age 26-34) share my 55m² apartment from October until next summer in Hägerstensasen. The apartment has available 2 bedrooms to choose (each is 8m2), plus a fully furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are not fully furnished, so you’d need to bring some of your own furniture. It’s a student housing so there may be an opportunity to take over the contract afterwards if you’re a student by then. Rent is up to 7,200 kr/month each if 2 people live here + deposit. A little about what I’m looking for: Im 33 so I’m hopping to find someone, preferably a girl, but maybe you’re a cool dude and I’ll give it a try For me, the most important thing is finding people who are tidy, easygoing and enjoy a nice home environment. I like having a bit of life at home but also having our own space and respecting each other’s routines. Basically: good communication, cleanliness, shared responsibility and kindness. Cheers,
