The apartment is a well-distributed two-bedroom flat where you will have your own private, furnished bedroom. The layout is designed for comfortable shared living, offering a spacious common living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom shared with only one other person. This setup provides a great balance of social space and personal privacy. To make your stay as easy as possible, everything is included in the rent. You wont have to deal with any extra administrative tasks or hidden costs, as electricity, heating, hot and cold water, and high-speed internet are all covered in the monthly price. You will also have full access to all household appliances and laundry facilities. You will be sharing the home with a responsible and friendly young man who works at Volvo. We value a peaceful and tidy living environment, so we are looking for someone who appreciates clear, easy communication and a respectful atmosphere. Since I am traveling on vacation for two months, Im looking for a reliable tenant to make use of my cozy room while Im away.
