NOTE: The furniture setup has been changed by the current occupier. Ill reorganise the setup once he leaves. Im renting out a room of about 20m in my 2-room apartment at Folkvisegatan. I am seeking a clean, peaceful single person to share with (man/woman/student). I am a middle aged professional man, living alone in this apartment.
