Girls Only Hi there We just moved in this October but due to circumstances I now have to leave. The rent is 4,647 SEK per month but it doesn’t include internet and electricity bills. Including those it amounts to around 5,000 SEK per month. It is located in Malmö Rosengård. You’ll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is still mostly unfurnished but she plans to soon. The room comes unfurnished as in the pictures but comes with the bed.
