---- English ---- I have a 3 room apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, and I'm renting ONE of the rooms, this means that I offer an attractive accommodation in the center of the city, i.e. Norrmalm neighborhood. I am using one room, everything is nearby and excellent transport or walking to anywhere you need to be. Rooms are separate from each other. I'm sharing the apartment and this means that I rent to a person who's honest, reliable, serious, caring and has good finances, employed or student without trouble to cover the rent. In the room which is completely separate from the other room: there is a bed, desk, window facing the house courtyard, very good light, wardrobe and hanger and furniture to store clothes, a bookshelf, desk lamp, and window blinders, too. The apartment is 65 sqm with a balcony, and the rooms are both equally 10 sqm. Rent includes WiFi, TV, water, electricity and services from using the common areas, such as access to the apartment's kitchen, living room, toilet, shower/bathtub, balcony, grill in the balcony, house's shared laundry room or washing machine in the apartment and everything related to it. I expect the tenant to be clean and tidy up after themselves, however a professional cleaner is included. All transport such as bus, subway, community train and bicycle if you own it takes place right outside the door and nearby area, located 5 minutes walking from Central Station. No pets, NO SMOKING. Detta innebär att jag erbjuder ett attraktivt boende mitt i city, närmare bestämt i stadsdelen Norrmalm. Jag använder själv ett av rum. Allt finns nära till hands, med utmärkta kommunikationer och gångavstånd till det mesta. Rummen är avskilda från varandra. Eftersom vi delar lägenheten söker jag en person som är ärlig, pålitlig, seriös och omtänksam, med en stabil ekonomi, antingen genom arbete eller studier – så att hyran kan betalas utan problem.
