Hej, Rum i nyrenoverad lägenhet(BR) i Linero hyrs ut frän 1 Mars till 1 september till en person. Du ska vara skötsam och ej rökare ! Inga husdjur är tillåtna. Kreditupplysning kommer att tas i samband med uthyrningen. Hyran är 6500 kr i månaden inklusive Internet , el och parkering. Finns badkar och lägenheten är möblerad. Finns förråd om det önskas utan extra kostnad. Det finns gemensam tvättstuga på samma våning. Vi kommer att vara hemma ett fåtal gånger i månaden. Busshållplatsen , Ica butik, apotek , bibliotek och även gymmet 24/7 ligger ca 150 meter från hemmet . Buss nr 3 tar dig till tågstationen / centralen på 20 minuter och om man väljer att cykla tar det 15 minuter till centralen och även till Lunds Universitet.
