Large 88sqm, bright, 3-room apartment in central Malmö Hello everyone! My daughter is looking for a tennant for her 88 sqm apartment in Malmö starting July 1st 2026. It is has 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The apartment will be furnished. Rent is 11.8k per month not including wifi / electricity. The apartment is centrally located and close to the grocery store, many restaurants, cafes, and the train station. An eligable tennant will need to have a steady income at least twice the rent.
