Hey everyone, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room on the 1st of March. Preferably long term but at least until August 2025. You’ll be living with one flatmate (a guy), one room each and you’ll share bathroom and kitchen. You'll be getting the room in the pictures, the bed stays as well as the desk and chairs, and more furniture can maybe be arranged. (Pictures are from January cause I'm lazy) The place is on Kakelvägen 8 super close to the Lidl and about 10min walk to Lund C. The rent is 5500SEK including water electricity and internet with one month deposit on move in day.
