Hi! Me and my wife are renting out a furnished apartment in our recently renovated apartment. I got a job in Spain so we want to give it a try and see how it is over there for 1 or 2 years. After that, let us see what happens. The apartment is on the 6th floor of a 10 floors building. We renovated the interior on the year 2024, except for the kitchen, which is still in very good shape. It is a very bright, spacious and quiet apartment. It has a separate kitchen, living-room, toilet room and a bathroom. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is currently set as an office, with 2 big working desks. There is a green park right by the apartment, and a kids playground just 1-2 minutes away. it is 6-7 min walk to Västra Skogen metro stop, and from there it takes 8 minutes to get to the central station by metro. There is a grocery store (ICA Nära) next to the apartment, and another one (Coop) by the metro stop. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk far from the lake (Pampas marina) and Solna Centrum, and there are a couple of restaurants and a bakery 1-5 min from the building. Until now, we like to keep our apartment tidy and clean, and we would like the new tennants to do the same :) More details can be discussed by phone or when we meet.
