I am looking for a single tenant or a calm couple with stable finances and good references. The apartment is fully furnished with a balcony facing south overlooking the canal. It has a comfortable lounge area where you can gaze out in to the sky or if you prefer watch TV - a 46” HD with connected Apple TV. WiFi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee dripper for filter coffee and a toaster among other things. The bedroom isn’t big but it does have a double bed 160 cm. At night you can lie in bed and look out at the stars. The bathroom is fresh and clean with a standard shower and a bathtub. A fully equipped laundry room is available in the basement and time slots are booked via an app. The neighborhood is peaceful with a vibrant atmosphere. Here you are close to everything and more. Shops, bakeries, many popular bars, a cinema and tasty restaurants. All public transports are just minutes away. Please respect that parties are not allowed. It is customary in Sweden to keep all loud noises down to a minimum after 10PM especially on weekdays. Please be respectful to my neighbors. Smoking is not allowed. FYI. My apartment will soon undergo some renovations. But with this said, everything is still fully functional and is genuinely and properly cleaned. But the walls do need some fresh paint.
